Lindsay had art class for the first time this year. She had to draw a picture of a person from a magazine. Here is the picture in the magazine and beside it the picture Lindsay did. I have to say I think she did an amazing job.
This was a picture as we went over the Chessapeak Bay Bridge in VA on the way home from the outer banks. The sun was just coming up as we went over the bridge. This was from my old Fugi camera with the car moving. I love this shot.
Deer Out back
In back of our house they have deer they keep in a protected area where the water tanks are. There are a lot of deer behind the fence. Occasionally they jump the fence and you will see them walking out front or out back. I am still waiting to get a picture of the fox that is back there.
Creek on 452
Sue and I went to the creek on Rt. 452 to get some pictures and learn a little more about the settings on our cameras.
We went to the old railroad track that leads to.... Nothing
It was a little icy so we did not venture out too far.
Most of the pictures were on Auto setting. I was trying to play with what I wanted my focus point to be.
This is after a snow and ice storm. On the way back from taking Danielle back to college.
This was at the truck stop. The ice on the trees made this view so pretty.
Butterfly and Angel tree

This was at Jacqui Ciunci's house for a Christmas get together. She has a tree that is all angels and butterfly's in memory of her daughter Elizabeth. I tried to capture how powerful this tree is.
