Here is what I posted a few weeks ago.  My update:

Less computer and TV -
I have since read 1 book and I am in the middle of a second.

I am trying to get home for dinner each night and for the most part that is working out OK.

Stress....well that is work in progress

We got a treadmill and I have been working out on that just about each night.  I love it and I hope it helps me get back into shape.

I will just repost every so often to make sure I am following my less/more.

I see this as a work in progress.  I can add to it as I see some things I need to do less of and replace it with a better option.
